The scope of services includes the manufacture and assembly of vehicle and individual part concepts, including custom sheet metal and tube processing, as well as the application of various joining techniques for metallic and hybrid structures.
Scope of services:
- Assembly of vehicle and individual part concepts
- Body modifications and conversions
- Manufacture of laser-cut parts, body parts, knock-out molds, free-form surfaces (upsetting and stretching) and 3D tube bending parts
- Application of various joining techniques: Resistance spot welding, Clinching, Punch riveting, FDS screws, Bonding, Hybrid joints, MIG welding , MAG welding, TIG welding, MIG brazing and CuSi brazing
