Proper and professional disposal of prototype vehicles, components and high-voltage batteries. Our service includes vehicles and components that have been used in development and testing projects and are subject to special safety and confidentiality requirements.
Scope of services:
- Professional dismantling and disposal: Complete dismantling of vehicles and components by certified electricians, high-voltage specialists and disposal specialists
- HV battery dismantling: Disassembly of high-voltage batteries at module level with verification and return or disposal in accordance with legal requirements
- Recycling and second life: Removal of series components for reuse or return to the customer - including documentation photos
- Certified verifications: Creation of disposal and recycling certificates in accordance with BImSchG (Federal Immission Control Act), AltFahrzeugV (End-of-Life Vehicles Ordinance) and EfbV (Ordinance on Specialised Waste Management Companies)
- Safe destruction: destruction of prototype parts and vehicles in specially secured areas
- Fleet processing: capacity to dismantle and dispose of even large quantities and entire vehicle fleets
