Qualification of geometric test equipment for measuring (pre-)series components - from concept creation to release
Scope of services:
- Management of the concept coordination for test equipment with the quality planning, development and supplier departments Inspection and testing of the design implementation with regard to the agreed concept and specifications
- Testing of extensive measurement reports, in particular based on the analysis of complex component tolerances
- Implementation of the test equipment acceptance at the component supplier throughout Europe, in German and English, including documentation
- Tracking of suppliers with regard to meeting deadlines and submission of the required evidence/documentation as part of the qualification process
- Creation of specification documents to optimize the qualification process
- Daily supplier contact in German and English
