Test to assess the structural and functional resistance of aviation equipment to the stresses caused by shock vibrations when firing weapons. The test simulates the short-term, high-frequency shock loads that can occur in such operational environments
Test to evaluate the functional and deployment quality of head airbag systems, in which no parts may come loose and no damage to the airbag may occur during deployment. The test examines whether the system is reliably activated within the intended release parameters and whether it provides the required level of protection without additional risk of injury.
Test to determine the load capacity of individual head restraints by applying a vertical force impulse. The test evaluates whether the head restraint remains dimensionally stable under specified load conditions and reliably fulfills its protective function without structural changes.

Testing the tensile strength of trailer hitches (cable pull test). This test is used to check the mechanical strength, deformation, and durability of trailer hitches under defined tensile loads. It ensures that the device functions reliably even under extreme conditions in real driving situations and complies with legal safety requirements. The test is carried out using a suitable trolley, whereby the trailer coupling is loaded with a defined force via a rope. High-speed recordings from above and from the side document the behavior of the ball bar, while force and displacement curves are continuously recorded. The test is carried out with both the trailer coupling folded out and plugged in to cover different operating conditions. The aim is to confirm the operational safety of the device and to ensure that all screw connections relevant to safety can withstand the loads.
Test to evaluate the tight fit of closing profiles for headrest covers under various climatic conditions.

The service is based on established ITIL best practices and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).Possible scope of servicesProcessing of technical inquiries and malfunctions outside of the 1st level (2nd level support) Analysis and resolution of complex technical problems in close cooperation with developers and subject matter experts (3rd level support) On-call service for rapid response to critical incidents outside regular working hours Proactive monitoring of IT systems for early detection and resolution of potential problemsYour added value High system availability and rapid recovery in the event of an incident Round-the-clock response capability through on-call service Flexible adaptation of support services to individual requirements and SLAs Access to experienced IT specialists with in-depth expertise Suitable for companies that require stable IT operations and rely on reliable, immediately available support in the event of critical incidents.
Cross-standardised measurement method in which two surface models are superimposed in order to record geometric deviations. These models are recorded between two different conditions, for example before and after a climate, sun simulation or vibration test for automotive test parts.
Analysis of dimensional and manufacturing tolerances to evaluate their impact on product quality and functionality. By simulating the assembly process, geometric variations and their influence on the overall system are identified and assessed. The 3D tolerance analysis enables early detection of critical areas and supports the optimization of fixture and assembly concepts to minimize scrap, rework, and quality deviations in series production. Scope of services Creation of a simulation model based on CAD data, tolerance specifications, and assembly concepts Execution of Monte Carlo simulations to determine statistical deviations Analysis and identification of key contributing factors and critical areas Evaluation of results according to DIN ISO, ASME, or in-house standards Derivation of optimization recommendations for product and assembly concepts Provision of a detailed result report and/or simulation model
Testing the resistance of markings and inscriptions on parts of electrotechnical products such as switches, plugs or levers to abrasion caused by wiping with fingers and hands. External Test
Test to simulate the stresses caused by a person getting in and out of the vehicle in order to evaluate changes to the entire seat backrest restraint system, including the airbag module. The test checks whether the airbag system continues to function reliably and whether the seat backrest cover tears open at the designated points as intended, even after mechanical stress.
Testing the abrasion resistance and/or rub fastness of flocked (velvet) plastic parts and dyed or printed textiles or films.
Simulation of the load on the floor covering in the area of the accelerator, brake and clutch pedal by a (shoe) heel made of rubber to determine the wear resistance. The test ensures that the materials for the interior lining meet the required quality and durability standards.
Test to determine the acceleration resistance of accessories in vehicles. This dynamic sled test aims to analyze the behavior of components under extreme acceleration and deceleration forces, such as those that can occur in a crash. The components to be tested are mounted on a sled and subjected to defined acceleration profiles that simulate real accident scenarios. The test examines various aspects such as component and material failure, unintentional opening of flaps or the behavior of release mechanisms under extreme loads.
Dynamic sled test that analyzes the behavior of vehicle components under extreme acceleration and deceleration loads, such as those that can occur in a crash. The aim of the test is to evaluate the load-bearing capacity and functionality of exterior components under crash-like conditions. The following aspects are examined: Component and material failure under high acceleration forces, Unintentional opening of flaps or other movable elements as well as the function of release mechanisms under extreme loads
Dynamic sled test that analyzes the behavior of vehicle components under loads caused by acceleration or deceleration, as they occur in the event of a crash. The aim of the test is to evaluate the resilience and functionality of interior components. Aspects such as material or component failure, the unintentional opening of flaps or the function of release mechanisms are examined.
Test for acoustic measurement of electric seat fans and lumbar support systems. The test is used for comprehensive acoustic quality assurance of electric seat fans and lumbar support systems in vehicles. It aims to minimize noise emissions, comply with limit values and identify disturbing frequencies. Technical measurements and subjective assessments ensure that the components meet the high comfort requirements of modern vehicles and thus contribute to improving the driving experience.
Test to determine the adhesive force and sliding force between the floor mat and the floor covering. Note: Direction of travel must be marked on the samples
Test to determine the adhesion of metallic substrates, coatings, surface pretreatments and oils for body-in-white applications. This test aims to evaluate the adhesion properties of various materials and surfaces used in vehicle body-in-white applications.
