Scope of Services:
- Needs analysis: Conducting interviews, market analyses and competitor comparisons as well as creating personas to precisely understand the needs of the target group
- Concept: Development of sketches and wireframes that define the structure and layout of the interface. Iterative feedback rounds ensure the continuous optimization of user-friendliness
- Design system: Development of a flexible construction kit with modular components such as buttons, tiles and widgets. This enables the consistent design of user interfaces in accordance with defined design guidelines (color schemes, typography and UI elements) and industry-specific requirements
- UI prototypes: Creation of digital UI prototypes (low, mid and high fidelity) to enable an evaluation of the UX in an early development phase
- UX tests: Accompanying usability tests with specific target groups to validate the requirements and optimize the design based on qualitative and quantitative findings
- Iterative further development: Refinement and optimization of the UI solution using concept loops
