With the Supplier Readiness Checks (SRC), we can determine whether a supplier has the necessary resources, processes and skills to deliver products or services in the required quality, quantity and time. These checks can be carried out both before a contract is awarded and during the industrialization process.
The Supplier Readiness Check creates transparency about a supplier's performance, which provides a sound basis for decision-making in the procurement process and enables risks to be identified at an early stage during the industrialization phase.

Scope of services:
- Resource analysis: Evaluation of the supplier's human, material and technical resources
